Musdalifah Hijab found on 5th of January 2012 in Surabaya by Indah Safarina while chatting with a close friends. All of them are women from the city of Sumenep, Madura. Subject fad began, then became a serious topic of them.
Musdalifah taken from the name of a woman who was very inspiring Indah Safarina until now, her mother, Fartin Musdalifah. Not to long, with a little equity, she inaugurated Musdalifah Hijab, with a female event, for the first time held in the city Sumenep.
